Javice was convicted of defrauding JPMorgan Chase aft the slope acquired her fiscal services startup Frank for $175 million. The slope accused Javice of lying astir however galore customers the startup had, with erstwhile Frank employees testifying that she’d asked them to make fake idiosyncratic data.

In summation to asking Trump for a pardon, Javice is appealing her conviction. JPMorgan, meanwhile, has tried to get retired of paying her ineligible bills.
